Bobette Brown
Dr. Bobette Brown is the C.E.O. of transFORmU Coaching & Consulting, a speaker, best-selling author, certified Executive and Personal Coach, and a John Maxwell Leadership member. She is also a former Army 82nd Airborne Paratrooper. The six areas encompassing her passion are represented by the acronym L.E.A.P.E.R.: Leadership, Empowerment, Authenticity, Purpose, Equipping, and Relationships. Affectionately called "Lady Bobette," she has served in ministry and the marketplace for 30+ years.
One of her most significant endeavors is serving as the Founder and Director of The Lady Chapter, Inc. (TLC), a nonprofit organization providing Bible-based Leadership Development training to evolving Christian female leaders ages 24-37. The Leadership Program is a 10-month, curriculum-based, transformative framework to equip competent and confident next-generation female leaders; it is offered without charge for selected applicants. TLC has Chapters in the DMV area, Columbus, OH, and Charlotte, NC.
Cherie Brown
Elder Cherie McClam Brown, a native Washingtonian, serves as the Administrative Associate Pastor of the Fellowship Bible Way Church in Washington, DC. She also served on the Ministerial Alliance of the First Apostolic Faith Church in Baltimore, Maryland.
With more than 19 years of Federal career service, Elder Brown works as a Management and Program Analyst in the Office of Management Strategy and Solutions, a branch of the U.S. Department of State.
She serves within organizations and on boards as an advocate for equal rights, access, fair employment, and education opportunities for women, youth, persons with intellectual and physical challenges, and people of color.
Maria Jenkins
Evangelist Maria Jenkins is a native of Washington, DC. She received the call to minister the gospel at the age of 21 and has been in the ministry for more than 30 years. Evangelist Maria Jenkins is an anointed preacher, praise, and worship leader, and conference/workshop presenter. Her Praise & Worship style is incomparable, and it leads you directly into the very presence of God.
Evangelist Jenkins is an active member of Greater Mt. Calvary Holy Church (GMCHC) in Washington DC, where the Pastors are Bishop Alfred and Co-Pastor Susie Owens. At GMCHC, she is a Worship Leader, a licensed Evangelist and Mentor to many young people and those persons called to the ministry of leading worship. She is also a graduate of the Calvary Bible Institute in Washington, DC.
Zaretta Lee
Pastor Zaretta Lee is a powerful Christian leader with a compassionate heart for people and their needs. She has served as a co-pastor with her husband Pastor Anthony Lee for 20 years. During this time she established ministries for women of all walks of life called Sister’s Strengthening Sister’s and Young Women of Excellence. As an anointed Psalmist and leader in worship it has been her pursuit to lead people to hunger and thirst after the Presence of God. The signature of her ministry is that God is seen and that she is a vessel in which God pours himself through to meet the needs of His people.
Anita Shade
Anita Shade has always been interested in being healthy and sharing that passion with others. She made exercise and eating right an important part of her life. Living a healthy lifestyle has been a journey over the years, making small changes that make an impact over time. She believes that everyone doesn't have to look the same to be healthy, but everyone has to do the same things to be healthy.
Twanda Shephard
Twanda S. Shephard is a Faithful servant of God. She enjoys the life she has been given, as it allows her to intercede, teach, lead, and encourage women who desire to live their best life in Christ. She is blessed to live this life with the help of her husband, James A. Shephard, adult daughter Tia S. Staten, grandson Andrew, and a strong inner sister circle. In her down time, Twanda relaxes with family and friends. For fun, she relishes moments of reflection, fanning out during seasonal sports events, and practicing self-care.
