Our Story, His Purpose
At Push Pause and Pray, we are more than a ministry—we are a movement of women committed to glorifying God and encouraging others to do the same. We are a ministry that leads with love, offers hope that heals and provides Jesus as the ONLY foundation. Birthed from a sisterhood seeking deeper connection with God, we create nurturing spaces where women can push pause, steal away, get refreshed, revived and renewed in the presence of God.
How It Began
It all began with a desire to retreat and reconnect. When our annual gathering was unexpectedly canceled, a group of sisters decided to create their own sanctuary. What started as a simple idea to “Push Pause” evolved into a powerful call to pause, pray, and respond to the voice of God. That day, Push Pause and Pray was born, and our mission became clear: to provide women with a place to find rest, renewal, and revival in the presence of God.

Our mission is to glorify the name of Jesus and point women back to Him. We are committed to empowering women to evolve spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically, as we guide each other in building a deeper relationship with God. Through retreats, Bible studies, mentorship, and outreach programs, we aim to support and equip women for the journey ahead. Our focus is not only on spiritual growth but also on offering hope, healing, and practical resources to help women thrive in all aspects of their lives.

We envision a world where women are totally surrendered to Christ and empowered to live out their divine calling, fully supported by the love of God and his word. The strength of a vibrant, spiritually connected community. As we continue to grow, our goal is to expand our reach, provide more resources, and offer support to women everywhere. Whether it's through our prayer calls, retreats, workshops, or online resources, we want to inspire women to push pause, pray, and allow God and his Word to transform their lives.
