Bobette Brown

Bobette Brown is C.E.O. of transFORmU Coaching & Consulting, an international speaker, best-selling author, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Executive and Personal Coach, and a John Maxwell Leadership team member. She is a former Army 82nd Airborne Paratrooper, and the six areas that encompass her passion are represented by the acronym L.E.A.P.E.R.: Leadership, Empowerment, Authenticity, Purpose, Equipping, and Relationships. Affectionately called “Lady Bobette,” she was ordained an Elder in the Lord’s church in 2006.

In July 2019, she established The Lady Chapter, Inc. (TLC), a nonprofit, bible-based leadership and personal development organization that serves emerging female leaders ages 24-37. TLC offers a free, curriculum-based mentorship program providing high-level discipleship and accountability to strengthen and support the uniqueness and authenticity of next-generation leaders. In June, they graduated their 3rd cohort.

Additionally, Bobette is a doctoral candidate at Regent University pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree. She received an M.A. in Theological Studies from The Wesley Theological Seminary and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College.

Bobette and her husband of 30+ years, Dr. T. Cedric Brown, are the co-founders of The Wholly Hook-up™, which provides biblical marital coaching and instruction to “help singles get ready, and marrieds keep it steady.” They are the parents of two adult sons, Joshua and Caleb.
